How a Day at Sidewake Looks Like?

A day at Sidewake is built around your riding and progression, with lots of fun things to do in between: trampoline sessions, stand up paddle, e-foil, basketball, table tennis and more. No random day customers – the schedule is made for you and your group.

Morning – Easy Start & First Session

08:00–09:00 – Breakfast
Wake up, no stress. We have a relaxed breakfast with coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereals, eggs, etc.
We talk about the plan for the day, how you feel, what tricks or skills you want to work on.

09:30–12:30 – First boat session

We head to the boat for the morning sets, usually with the best water.

  • Wakeboard: we recommend 2 x 20-minute coached sets per day, with every 3rd day a lighter/rest day.

  • Wakesurf: we recommend 2 x 30-minute coached sets per day for the best progression.

  • You ride behind a top-level wake boat with world champion coaching, fully focused on you.

  • All the latest gear is available if you need it – just tell us in advance and it’s ready.

Between sets you chill on the boat, watch others ride and get live tips or simply chill on shore - we split in small groups so you are always close to the house for chill or remote work if necessary.

Midday – Food, Recovery & Fun

13:00–14:30 – Lunch & chill

We head back for lunch:

  • All meals are included: breakfast, lunch, dinner, all-day snacks, plus soft drinks, beer and wine.

  • The idea is simple: you only think about riding and rest, we handle the rest.

Free time options (early afternoon):

After lunch, you can:

  • Jump on the trampoline – great for practicing spins, grabs and air awareness for wake tricks.

  • Take a stand up paddle board and explore, relax or do some light active recovery on the water.

  • Try an e-foil session (if booked in your package) for something totally different and super fun.

  • Shoot some hoops on the basketball court.

  • Play table tennis and just hang out with the crew.

  • Or simply nap, read, stretch and save energy for the afternoon ride.

We adjust the “extra activities” depending on how tired you are – progression first, fun always.

Afternoon – Second Session & Coaching

15:30–18:30 – Second boat block

Back on the water for round two.

  • We focus on the things you want: new tricks, consistency, switch, style, comp passes or just smooth cruising.

  • Coaching is one-on-one and specific – we film, correct and give you clear drills for the next set and next day.

  • If you’re on an hourly package, the afternoon is also perfect for smaller groups to rotate riders on the go.

Evening – Video, Games & Dinner

19:00 – Video review & chill

After showers and a bit of rest, we usually review your riding videos:

  • See exactly what changed, what’s working and what to focus on tomorrow.

  • It’s one of the biggest keys to fast progression.

Between and after video sessions you can:

  • Jump back on the trampoline for specific trick practice.

  • Play another basketball game or a table tennis match.

  • Just relax, talk, stretch and enjoy the atmosphere.

20:00 – Dinner

We have a relaxed dinner together – good food, drinks and stories from the day. No driving, no cooking, no planning: everything is in one place.

Night – Reset
Early sleep or a long talk on the terrace – up to you. The important part:

You don’t worry about anything except riding, recovering and having fun.

Training Rhythm

To keep you progressing instead of just getting tired, we usually recommend:

  • Wakeboard

    • 2 x 20-minute sets per day

    • Every 3rd day as a lighter or rest day (more trampoline / SUP / e-foil, less impact).

  • Wakesurf

    • 2 x 30-minute sets per day

    • Same rhythm: push hard, then let the body recover.
